Joshua Ohimai is a strategic finance and investment professional who helps startups, investors, and innovation-led organizations turn complex ideas into practical plans for growth. He recently graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Master’s degree in Applied Economics and a concentration in Business. His experience spans venture capital at Keyhorse Capital, investment research at Meristem Nigeria, and strategic finance and advisory work through TSBA Partners, with a focus on financial modeling, fundraising, market analysis, valuation, and business planning.

Across these roles, Joshua has worked on both sides of the table: evaluating businesses from an investor’s perspective and working alongside founders to strengthen their strategies, financial plans, and fundraising materials. His experience has taken him from analyzing public companies in Nigeria to conducting diligence on early-stage businesses in Kentucky. Today, he continues to advise innovators through his work at InnoEngine.
